Wedding Packages
The Conservatory at Waterstone is a beautiful historic building. It has brick walls and a brick walk way through out the building. On the main level there is a big open room with serveral seating areas. There is a room in the entry for gifts and a guest sign-in book. A covered balcony overlooks a peaceful garden with a seating area. You will love the warmth and beauty from the time you step inside the building.
Private Party Rental Rates
The Conservatory at Waterstone offers a basic rental package with some restrictions on days available. We offer the building Mondays through Thursdays at any time of the year. Fridays, Saturday and Sundays in the months of July and August can be reserved without any restrictions. Any day of the week can be reservered up to 90 days in advance if the building is not already booked.
The basic rental fee for the entire main building; main level, mezzanine and covered balcony:
Saturdays and Sunday evening. $2000
Friday evening $1,500
Monday through Thursday evenings $1,000.
Monday-Thursday afternoon from 12:00-3:30 $500
Friday, Saturday, Sunday afternoons from 12:00-3:30 $1000
Rental fee includes plates, silverware, glassware and linens for parties up to 100. Parties larger than 100 $2.00 per person. A $100.00 set up/clean up fee will also be charged.
Complete Wedding Packages
Weddings and Receptions include catering. The food is buffet style and you choose your buffet menu. The menu options are on the following pages.
Each package includes:
* the use of the facility for four hours (there is a minimum of 50 people) includes Main level, Mezzanine, and Covered Balcony
*set up and cleaning fee
* gratuity and taxes
* the use of plates, flateware, silverware and glasses
* a $400 flower and $300 cake allowance
* white linen table cloths
* private changing room and suites for both the bride and groom
* parking is available behind the building as well as out front
*Champagne for Champagne toast
We can accommodate every aspect of the wedding from wedding cakes to video and pictures
Diamond Elegance Package
We offer a variety of food items in each category. You will chose items from each category to build a menu that fits your style. All Buffets come with warm French bread and butter.
